HISTORY Owner's Juan and Josie Tafoya opened their first Tafolino's location on April 25, 1992 in Golden. Plans are currently underway to build one large, beautiful restaurant in the Golden area. As always our main goal at Tafolino's is to make sure your dining experience is one to remember! Come join us for Colorado's finest Mexican food.
